When we want to say to do something again, the word in Chinese is (zɑ̀i). The position of the word “again” is different In English, we put the adverb “again” after the verb and near the end of a sentence. However, we put the word 再 in front Chinese sentence structure: Time/noun + 再 + verb + object For example: For example: 明天再打電話給你吧。 míng tiɑ̄n zɑ̀i dɑ̌ diɑ̀n huɑ̀ gěi nǐ bɑ. I will give you a call again tomorrow. |
